Having worked as a Claims Engineer, Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor, and QA Manager, I have extensive experience of the Civil Engineering and Mining Industries.

With a history that spans four countries, I am able to adapt to the existing working practices of any organisation. I also bring existing skills and techniques enabling me to independently carryout tasks or instigate new systems.

Knowledge in contractual matters has been gained by way of traditional project management of commercial matters, involvement in disputes, drafting contracts and claims, contract administration and a Masters in Construction Law at Melbourne University Law School.

This background informs my writing and administering of claims and contracts, risk analysis, expert opinions and identification of entitlement.

 

Years of project work enables me to talk to the people involved in projects and understand the difficulties they have encountered and the issues they foresee.
